This year’s Forum under the theme of Lead. Measure. Grow: Enabling New Pathways to Turn Smallholders into Sustainable Agribusinesses, will be hosted in Rwanda under the leadership of H.E. President Paul Kagame. There would not have been a better place to host the Forum than Rwanda which was recently recognized by the AU as the top performing country in the first-ever Biennial Review Report of the continental progress towards achieving the Comprehensive Africa Agriculture Development Programme (CAADP) targets.
